STOP MACHAIR WIND FArm
The proposed offshore Machair Wind farm threatens the coastal heritage of Iona, Colonsay and Islay and will decimate protected bird populations. We must resist environmental degradation and industrial overreach.
LOCAL CRISIS
INDUSTRIAL THREAT TO THE HEBRIDEAN SEASCAPE
The proposed wind farm development represents a significant industrial disruption to our delicate coastal ecosystem. Beyond the immense physical footprint, the project threatens migratory bird pathways, seabed health, and the ancestral heritage of the surrounding islands. We oppose this construction to protect our environments from corporate exploitation and ensure the survival of our natural seascapes for future generations.
